How do I initiate a return?
We are understand that sometimes products don't meet your expectations, thus we offer 7 day free return provided the items are in "all new" condition. To know more about returns, check out returns
Where is my refund?
Your refund is initiated once we receive the product for inspection. Post approval on the condition of the item, we shall complete the refund process.
If your original payment was through UPI, it will take 1-3 days.
If your original payment was through card, it will take 2-10 days for your refund depending upon your bank.
Where is my delivery?
The processing of order takes 1-4 days. After the processing, we will notify of the product being shipped with the tracking link, which usually takes 2-15 days depending upon the region and pincode. Learn more here
Do you provide store credit or refund?
We are happy to share that we provide refund directly to the original payment source (excl. shipping and taxes, if any) and don't provide store credit.
