Whether you need soothing warmth or cold therapy, Hot therapy; Cold Gel Pack is designed to provide fast, targeted relief for everyday aches, injuries, and recovery.

Cold Therapy: Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least an hour before use. Apply it for 15–20 minutes to help ease discomfort.

Heat Therapy: Microwave the gel pack for atleast 30 seconds if it is at room temperature. For desired temparature, microwave at intervals of 10 seconds.

If frozen, microwave at high temparature but at 10 seconds interval so that the temperature is not extreme.

Alternatively, Bring the water to boil and let it simmer and then add the gel pack for 4-8 minutes. After 4 minutes, check at intervals of 1 minute to reach the desired temperature.

Caution: It is advisable that the temperature is not extreme whether for cold therapy or hot therapy as it can cause redness or skin irritation. It is recommended to wrap the gel pack in cloth before direct contact with skin.
